3. Appointments. Requests submitted online are not confirmed until our team contacts you. 24/7 towing and roadside assistance is dispatched by phone.

4. Payments. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deductible and payment assistance options, where available, are subject to eligibility.

5. Warranty. Repairs may be covered by a limited warranty; details are provided with your invoice.
